Welcome to my Presidential Inauguration 2009 Blog!

Aloha to all my supporters. This is your exclusive blog that will take you through my journey to the 2009 Presidential Inauguration of President-Elect Barack Obama. I will be arriving on January 15, 2009. It is my plan to attend all the festivities and most of the important sites in Washington D.C. I will post blogs, pics, and hopefully some videos of my time there. Please check this site often from now on. I will post updates leading up to the trip (how is prep leading up to the trip is going). The majority of my blogs will take place between January 14-22). Please keep yourself up-to-date!
Aloha,

  1. Karen,

This is a great idea and I am so happy and can't wait to see how you received the mainland. Washington DC is a great place and I am positive that you will enjoy yourself. I received so many invitation for Dinner with you and breakfast with Felicia and Camille. I told them that I will need to find out your schedule before making any plans. I will be taking off a couple of days to make sure you will not get lost in this big city hahaha. GOD is so good and you deserve this trip it's in his plan. I came to Hawaii for a reason and it was to meet you and now you are a part of my family.

  2. Hi Karen!

I finally got into the blog. I see you are very excited about coming to our cold city in January. It was 16F yesterday morning and all I can think about is warm and beautiful Hawaii!

Angie and I are looking forward to your visit. I will not be able to meet you at Dulles Airport, but I will see you when you get to Angie's place.
